Warranty Coverage
We offer a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers repair of qualifying issues.
What is covered:
- Defects in materials used in the construction of your product
- Defects in workmanship under normal use
- Broken components resulting from normal wear and use
What is not covered
- Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or improper care
- Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair
- Normal wear and aging of materials over time
- Loss or theft of the product
Warranty Process
To begin a warranty claim, please contact us at Erik@EpirumLeather.com with a description of the issue and clear photos of the product.
If your item is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will repair the product or offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item to us. Return shipping after repair will be covered by us.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
