Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or any reason unrelated to a defect or error on our part.

Please review all product descriptions, photos, and customization details carefully before placing your order. If you made an order have you aren’t satisfied, contact us and we’ll do what we can to make it right.

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale.

Custom orders may only be cancelled if work has not yet begun. Once production, customization, design work, material preparation, or any work related to your order has started, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all customization details are correct at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled under the following conditions:

Non-Custom Products

Orders for non-custom items may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Custom Products

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may only be cancelled if work has not yet started. Once work has begun, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Erik@EpirumLeather.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be the result of our workmanship or an error on our part, we will offer a repair, replacement, or appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a replacement or correction is required due to our error, we will provide instructions regarding shipping and resolution options.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • An order is cancelled before work has begun (custom orders)
  • An order is cancelled before shipment (non-custom orders)
  • A damaged, defective, or incorrect item is confirmed and a refund is deemed appropriate

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
