Purchasing

We currently ship within Canada and the United States (lower 48 only). International shipping is not available at this time.

If you are located near Ottawa, Ontario, local pickup or alternative arrangements may be available. Please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping

Processing time: Please allow up to 7 days for order processing before shipment. As this is a small handmade workshop operated part-time, processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Shipping Rates:

• Canada
  • Standard Tracked Shipping (1–2 weeks): $10.00 CAD
  • Express Tracked Shipping (3–4 business days): $20.00 CAD
• United States (Lower 48)
  • Tracked Shipping (1–2 weeks): $15.00 CAD

Shipping Notes

Once an order has shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

If a package is returned due to non-pickup or an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Custom Orders

Custom orders begin production once payment is received.

Typical production time is up to 2 weeks, depending on material availability and current workload. If any delays occur, you will be contacted directly.

Because materials are sourced per order, certain leather colors or options may require additional lead time if they are not currently in stock.

Custom modifications to existing designs may be possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the change.
