Purchasing
For our initial launch, we will only be selling and shipping within Canada and USA (lower 48). Once we have established a process for selling outside of these we will be opening up sales for other countries.
If you are located near Ottawa, Ontario Canada, I can accommodate alternative purchase methods and pick up locations.
Shipping
We are currently only selling and shipping within Canada and to the USA (lower 48). We are hoping to establish a process to open sales up to other countries and have affordable shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
How are the items shipped?
We will be offering free shipping in Canada with Canada Post. This does not include any tracking information or insurance. If you want tracking or need it faster, select one of the other shipping options. Additional charges applied.
Shipping Rates (Canada)
Free Shipping with Tracking – Sent by Canada Post Lettermail service. Can take 1 – 2 weeks or more to arrive depending on shipping company’s volume. Tracking is provided.
Xpress Shipping with Tracking $15 CAD – Can take 3 – 4 days or more to arrive depending on shipping company’s volume. Tracking is provided.
Shipping Rates (USA)
Shipping to USA is a flat rate of $15 CAD. Shipping time 1 – 2 weeks to arrive. Shipping to the lower 48 is still experimental, shipping times and rates may be adjusted in the future.
How long will it take for shipping?
Please allow for 1 week before item is shipped. Since I am doing this as a part time hobby between my 8-4 job, I may not get the time to package and ship the product immediately. Once shipped, the package should arrive in a timely manner depending on shipping option selected. Thank you for understanding.
Once order arrives and is not accepted in time.
If you ordered a product and it is shipped to you, please make sure you accept the package or pick it up from your local postal office on time. Most carriers will return the package to the shipper (me) if it is not picked up after the date listed in the tracking information. If this is the case, you will be responsible to pay for the shipping to have the item sent back to you (roughly $10 fee depending on location).
Custom Orders
If you are looking to purchase or have purchased a Custom Order either by contacting me by email (Erik@EpirumLeather.com) or through the Custom Order. Note that once payment has been processed, work will begin and should be made and shipped within 2 weeks. The product could be delayed due to lack of on hand materials to complete the order or any unforeseen circumstances, this will be communicated to you. Since I don’t carry much material on hand, I may run low on some leathers/colours that are offered and more will need to be ordered which will delay the timeline to have it shipped to you. An email will be sent to you to advise you of any delays.
If you see one of our premade in-stock designs and wish to have something modified (colour/ slight design change), contact me and we can see if we can make it happen for you. Additional charges may be applied depending on the change.
